The last 3 min of this 8 min video is very profound information on how the heart can release an enzyme to prolong cell life and longevity of the human body.
Just spent some time catching up with your blog. Your shift to focus on heart energy matches my own last year. Very powerful energy which I had not fully released or realized before. Spans a huge spectrum from a softly burning candle to a raging wildfire. Pure yang energy to match the yin energy of the lungs, at least in the Chinese five element system I've studied and practiced for years. Tao is most closely associated with water, the kidney element. So fire and water are a perfect match. Great reading. Thank you.
You had mentioned in your own blog that the focus on the heart, last year, brought you through a period of a type of spiritual cleansing fire. You went through some deep challenges. I have experienced some of that this week with a couple health issues which I won't get into here. I have yet to learn how to express in words what I went through regarding its spiritual teaching. Maybe I will in a few days. I do believe the journey from the mind to the heart is the most difficult journey we can ever make. But, it takes us deep into what Ram Das calls the loving awareness of the spiritual heart. This is the ultimate trip through the veil of ego and into the kingdom of heaven. We realize through this struggle to overcome the base self, that who we really are at the deepest level is loving awareness which is the soul, the Atman and this soul is part of what we call the One. This is deep stuff, the journey to the heart opens up a whole new perception.
